I was reading the Faq and it says that that a User License can be used on two machines at most. But I was wondering if it is possible to unregister a computer. And if so how do you do this.

Translated it means you can on have the software installed on two machines at a time and only use the software on one machine at a time.
If you change computers simply delete the software from the old computer.
Download and Install on the new computer and register it.
You can do this on as many computers as you want as long as it is on only two at a time and used on one at a time. - Can I register on two computers with Single-User License?

There have been many many that just post asking if they can use the software on more than one PC without bothering to read anything first.
I bet you read the assembly instructions in the box also.
