it now gives me a runtime error. i tried reinstalling it and i get the same thing. Any ideas?

Did you uninstall and then run CCleaner or something similar to remove entries from the Windows registry? Runtime errors are typically Windows related because the application is not accessing the runtime library. A pooched registry will cause this as often as not. CCleaner is free to download, run it after unistall of DVDFab and remove all references to DVDFab, then reinstall.How to post the internal log
