    New customer confused

I recenly download the Blu-ray ripper, and found I had received DVDFab instead. So I gave it a try, and it appears that Blu-ray ripper is an option within DVDFab.

I have given it a try and it seems to work excellently! Especially in view of the fact that I have tried numerous other Blu-ray type programs, and this is the first one that I could get to work!! And it works fast too!!

So I am ready to buy. But what do I buy? I need a program that can convert Blyu-ray to play on my new iPad. And DVDFab works very well. But I already have a good DVD ripper and I am happy with the video converter software that I already own. I just need the functionality of converting Blu-ray to something playable on my iPad.

So if I buy the Blu-ray ripper option of DVDFab for $60 will I get everything that I need for that purpose? The trial version seems to think I have used lots of options, but really, I have just done a couple of Blu-ray to iPad conversions.

I am confused about what I need to buy. Help, please!

Blu-Ray Ripper is what you want. Everything is enabled during the trial period.

Yes, I understand everything is enabled during the trial. But it shows that I am using around 4 of the options... not just the ripper option. And all I am using is the ripper option. So I figured the ripper option needed some of the other options to work.

So the About screen says you have enabled the 30 day free trial for all the DVD and Blu-ray Copy and Ripper options? Strange if that happened when you only used the Blu-ray Ripper

Can I attach a screen image to a message here? I will try and let you see what is enabled and what shows the clock ticking (as if I had used it).

I guess there is no way to attach a screen image (at least I couldn't find one). So here are the things that are activated:

          DVD Ripper
          Blu-ray Ripper
          Video Converter
          File Transfer

As I said before I don't want to buy a DVD Ripper or Video Converter, because I have ones that work okay. Already bought and paid for... but I want to have the stuff that the Blu-ray ripper needs to work. If all I need is the Blu-ray ripper, then that is wonderful.
