License/Key Needs to connect to the internet

I noticed that DF is reporting that it needs to connect to the internet when I put in a BD disk. I presume this is has to deal with BD+ and Internet connection?

I just need to know if I have to allow this operation for these certain disks.

I'm a noob when it comes to BD so forgive to questions. Just want to make sure I'm following correct processes for dealing with these certain disks.
