    DVDFAB OS Versions

    To the developers,

While most of us know that all versions of dvdfab, including the most
recent work on Windows XP, your web site seems to imply that the
programs are only for Vista & Windows 7 I for one hope that all future
versions will still work with XP. The web site should reflect what OS the
    versions will really work with.

    Thanks

Are you referring to DVDFab.com which is where the products are
illustrated, described and ultimately sold (the purchase site is actually linked to DVDFab.net) ?

I just took a look and all products are described as follows:

    System Requirements
    Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000 (32-bit/64-bit)◦Pentium II 500 MHz
    ◦256 MB of RAM
◦10 GB of Free Hard Disk Space
    ◦A DVD-R(W) or DVD+R(W) Drive

The only exception is DVD to Mobile which also includes Windows 98 support
(not certain if 98 support is still accurate).
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I might have missed it. At any rate it should always be noted on the
download page which systems it works with.

Well, yes, you did miss it.
Any change in support, particularly with respect to something as big as OS support,
would be addressed in Fengtao's release notes.

            Yeah, I agree.
I can't speak for Fengtao, but he's one smart guy and XP is solid as a rock and I suspect will be around for quite some time.

Unless there an OS down the pike that causes Fab to become unstable in XP, I don't think there's cause for worry.
            Fingers X'd...
