File to Mobile was never part of Platinum. It is a separate product.

The other issue with Mobile not being activated, you will have to take up with Fab.

Did you order at two different times or with different email addresses or something?

You should be able to get that sorted before the trial runs out.

Right, File to Mobile, I can see as not part of previous Platinum.

I'll try the Contact Us at Fab on the Mobile deal.

      Thanks again to all.

It would seem my dumb question produced some pretty informative responses and opportunities. Do you guys just like going over this again and again with newbee's ?

Hmmm, I wonder how a better explanation on the main site might have reduced the need for your attention on this matter ?

And, I think I read that you gent's are just users and forum apointee's as moderators and admins, is that corect ?

I got the registration key per your instruction and link, AGJ. I hit the registration button in 6205 for the DVD to DVD and noticed it refreshed to never expire. However I notice it says that the DVD to Mobile and File to Mobile indicate they will still expire at the end of the 30 days.

        Observations ?
Try requesting the DVDFab 6.x key instead as it was DVDFab Platinum and it was just one key for that. but like GregiBoy said if the mobile still not work you have to contact DVDFab about it

Some of us are Mods, others are just plain members helping members. (All unpaid with no affiliations with Fab)

Try double clicking on you reg key instead of copying and pasting (if you haven't tried that) if you get a pop up saying "file is not associated...." in that pop up at the bottom select the option to browse your computer to locate the program. click ok, another window should open and if you see a DVDFab6 icon there click it. If not select browse at the bottom and go to program files in the c: drive (if you're using a x64 os it will be program files x86) find the DVDFab6 folder and open it then look for DVDFab.exe, select it and you should be good to go.

I just like helping people (gives me that warm fuzzy feeling) LOL
