Once loaded for Main Movie the screen displays numerous movies with numbers ranging from 1 to 78 (?). Each of the movies runtime is within minutes of each other and when I select the chosen (marked with a check sign) the backup copy will not play as the original. The ending will play first and the movie will not end as it should.

Look. You have to be more specific.

There are two current versions of 6.2. There is 6.2.0.2 Beta and 6.2.0.5 Official release and they both behave differently.

Play the DVD in a software DVD player on your comouter and note which title it is. That is the one you will need to tick.

You may have to turn pathplayer off if on, on if off depending on the version.

GregiBoy.. Thanks for your input. I may have solved the problem by enabling pathfinder. It was somehow disabled when I upgraded to the latest version. Thanks

This is what the error means:-

122 HWS_FAILED_CALIBRATING 22 // Write failed at the beginning of the media (often a media that is poorly supported by the drive)

It indicates either crappy media or you driver is on the way out the door.

Try slowing down your write speed also may help.

Also possible your Optical Drive is in need of a firmware update. Post a burn log and I'll check to see what I can find on that.
