Error message

Hi,

I am trying to convert a 13GB MKV file (264 content with 5.1 DTS) to a DIVx with audio copy. I have tried setting the encoder to Software only, Software with CUDA and Core but keep getting the same error message.

Work 1 failed. Error = 504.00.0 error: process exception.filter(type 1:id23), info = 503.00 13,

I have looked at the FAQ on this site for error messages but cant find the reason for this error.

The file plays fine on the same machine via either Windows Media Center and Windows Media Player (Win 7 x64 4GB RAM)

Can someone assist,

Not got to the end of it but narrowed it down to the fact when I set the encoder to single pass it works, when set to 2 pass it fails.
