License/Key My IPS went belly and my email addy is hosed

I bought two copies of DVDFAB Platinum (all in one) a few years back. My user account over at the DVDFAB site was under my alltel.net email address.
I upgraded to DVDFAB6 but that license never worked properly, I was able to use the app but the license showed wrong in the about tab. My userid will not allow me to log in to the DVDFAB site and I cannot recover my password as that ISP is long gone.

I sent an email via the help tab there but have gotten no response (4 days).

I would like to get my licensing fixed as I adore the software.
