    Two Versions ?????

Can I have two different versions installed without any problems,
as in V7 and V8 if it matters ? It would be my luck that somehow
there is something in an older version that's not in the newer ones.
I only had a 1 year license so I'll need a new license with the new
version, I hope the two versions and different licenses (one expired)
    won't be a problem.

    Thanks
    Richard

    Hi Richard.

I have “Three” versions presently installed on my XP system. One of version (6), (7) and the latest of version (8), and have had “No Problems” or conflicts. But I also have a “lifetime” License that I had purchased, so all you can do is "give it a try"!

      Hi Richard1296

As stated by 38 Special you can have different versions installed, as they install in different folders, I currently have 5,6 two versions of 7, and three versions of 8 installed.

You may also have move than one version of 8 installed too if you want if you are having problems with with a newer version and an older one was working fine, you can use the newer for the newest encryptions and a older one for what ever else you are doing .

To do this read this post

      Hope this helps

If you renew your license then the old version will use that new license as well as the new version you install. The only thing that will affect your license if it expired is if you install an update that was released after your license expired.

If you do that then the program you paid for will not work any more as you installed a version that was not licensed. So renew and activate the key before you install the update.
