Blu-Ray to Xbox Convertion

I just started playing with Blu-Ray and want to rip to the Xbox in HD. There don't appear to be any tools to convert, am I missing something?

If you don't want to burn an image is there a way to view Blu-Ray compressed on the network?

No. Blu-Ray to Mobile has yet to be developed.

Fengtao announced there is plans for a Blu-ray to mobile feature in the future, he wouldn't put a time reference as to when it will be available. As for your other question hopefully another forum member can/will answer that (I honestly have no idea)
