Freezing

Hi,

Just want to understand why some of my backups has frames freezing and it is happening more frequently now. It is not that bad, it happens only once or twice in the entire movie. The original copy does not have it. I always update FAB to the latest version. I know it is not version oriented, I have it also in the other versions. Sometimes when I do backup, I do something else with my computer, like checking/reading emails or browsing the internet. Could those activities have something to do it?

My backups are on a 2TB external drive (My Book). I don't burn.

I have Dell Studio XPS, 6gb memory, win 7 64 ultimate.

Please upgrade to the latest version of DVDFab 8.0.9.2 at http://www.dvdfab.com/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB to make your backups again.

If you still have the same problem, please send us your log files, it is under:
on Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
