CPU/GPU Best Ripper performance

Just built a beast pc and i am curious at to what settng would give me the best (ie fastest/quality) Blu-rau rips an ipad. The new tron movie just took about 35 mins. Is that about as fast as it can go? Also i noticed that my most of my cores never went above 10% is that because all the work is being done by my video cards via Cuda?

2x 580GTX in SLI
8GB DDR3 2133 ram.

That is pretty fast and your Video card is doing all the work. Try using Software only to see if you get faster time since only 10% of CPU getting used
