    Burning issue

I have been using DVDCOPY for awile with no issues until I loaded the new QT version.
Now when I try to copy anything, it copies the DVD, but will not burn it to a DVD. The error message "Failed to Burn DVD" with "Do You Want to Burn Again" under it appears and if I hit yes, the program freezes. I hit "no" and it says "the Process Failed"
I tried numerous DVDs and even copied files from my harddrive but still no burn.
I thought it might be a virus so I ran my virus software and then reloaded, but still no good.
I even tried using an older version, but it also now stops at the burn section.
I loaded a competitor software (DVD Shrink 3.2) and it works fine.
    Can you please help?

    Alex,
DVDFab isn't burning discs, but rather using third party software to do that: VSO, ImgBurn, or Nero. By unanimous consent of most of the members here, ImgBurn is the way to go! I would suggest you to visit follow the instructions and have your DVDFab and ImgBurn work together. You will see your problems going away.

      Hmm,

I started having the exact same burning problem as described in the above thread. The failure occurs when backing up both Blue-ray and DVD's. Never had a problem before, using imageburn as the burning program (I'll check to see if imageburn has a newer release). Imageburn does, however, still work on it's own. My blue ray burner still burns Blue ray and DVD media using other programs so I've ruled out the burner.

Will give more specifics when I get home. The resulting unburned disc becomes unuseable as a result of the failure.

BTW, thanks for the great product.
