When trying to backup Battle Los Angles, during the Open DVD source I get read errors. I get the options to Abort, Ignore or Ignore All. When I select Ignore the disc scans for about 2 minutes and the read error message pops up again. When I select Ignore All the disc remains in the Open DVD source mode and continues to scan without moving to the next step.
Just to make sure it was not my drive, I tried backing up using three different drives all with the same results. I am using build 8.0.9.8.
Any idea what this could be?
