I know everyone is asking to post a dvdfab log when a problem arises..

is there a 'how-to' on the forum/s as to how to read or interpret these logs in layman's terms? or decipher what the code/s mean (ie. error/s)?

will assist if it can be searchable in the 'search' icon on the top right side of the page. like a 'F1' key for help in an application software.

There is no "how to" as far as I know.

There are several reason that logs are requested.
People 99.99% of the time will not post needed information even when asked several times.

The logs provide that information such as..

The exact version number in stead of the often posted " The Latest"

The exact media used instead of "The same I have used before"

The exact burn speed instead of "The Recommended"

And other tidbits that help find the problem.

Learning to read a log takes time and comparing the log of a good burn or rip to one that is not.
