I double click on the icon or single click from the start menu and it acts like it is loading but nothing ever happens. Win7 machine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but I can't get it to come up to the window that asks which Fab I want to use.

Hi, Onceler, please do a clean uninstall first:
You can apply DVDFab Uninstaller to uninstall firstly, or use the "Add/Remove Programs" feature in your "Control Panel" to uninstall the program. Then, open My Computer and go to c:\Program Files (OR) wherever you installed DVDFab, find if there are file left, if there are, you need manually delete them.
Then, install 8.1.0.1 again to see the result.
