New copyright coming out?

Hey fellow fabbers. I am posting this question in hopes someone may have heard something. I was talking to a buddy at work. To make a long story short, he has some stock in a dvd copyright protection company, a family member recomended to him. He told me that they were coming out with a new copyright protection for dvd movies. Apparently Fox studios is using it now on new releases. I believe he said the companies name was Itn, not sure though.


Can anyone shed some light or is this just a load of !@#^.

They're always coming out with new copyright protections...however, since a person has to program/design the copyright, someone else can just as easily get around it.

Yes, I was going to say basically the same, you can tell just by reading these Forums that people are constantly trying to improve the protection and luckily others are constantly finding ways around it.

Thanks for your input. I was wondering if you have heard anything about this copyright. I have heard it can't be bypassed. Any one else heard anything.
