program crashes, does not retain output directory and does not delete temp folder

After copying DVD or Blu ray program crashes. Program says not responding and i have to close and reopen. This leads to the second problem. The program will not remember the output directory. i have it set correctly in the settings but every time i close and reopen the program i have to select the output folder. It also does not delete the items in the temporary folder.

And which version do you use?
Can you post a dump of the crash (achievable with procdump).
