can not renew my registration

    can not renew my registration

    i am having a TERRIBLE time trying to renew my subscription!

    i have changed my email since i first ordered the product

    i do NOT have that email address anymore

    i have submitted my new address
    and have confirmed it with clicking on the email i received

    i still can NOT renew my subscription because it does not recognize my new email
    and
    it wants to send renewal to my old email which i will NOT Receive

    i do not have my invoice or order number to put in

    can anyone PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!

        Hi nannee, sorry for your trouble.
        As you open Fab, on the upper right of the splashscreen, click on the ? mark icon. On the bottom (3rd down) of the dropdown, click on about.
        Under lincensee, you'll see your license #.
        Please pm (private message) Fengtao with this info along with your updated email. If you have your old email address (I don't care that it is not working), please include that as well.

        Please replace (at) with @

        Do not post this info on the forum.
