Copying Blu-Ray

So, when you copy a Blu-ray disc, is it best to just copy the main movie, or is it possiable to copy the whole disc

Im just wondering, cause if main movie is best, i'll just download movies to burn vs. renting them

In the past, i've copied whole DVD's without any playback issues.
