License/Key Blu-ray Copy Trial expired before it started

I have been a long time supporter of your DVD-copy software.

I just recently installed a Blu-ray player in my pc.
First time i put a blu-ray disc in my machine, DVDFab 8.1.0.5 tells me "Blu-ray Copy Trial Expired".

How can I have started a trial for a function my pc has never had the ability to do ?

I am disappointed as I was looking forward to reviewing how your software performed on my machine before purchasing a license.
{I already have a lifetime license for DVD-copy - it has performed most admirably)

DVDFab automatically used HD Decryptor and ImgBurn to create the ISO file I was after, but this gives me no indication of how Blu-ray Copy performs and whether I should purchase the appropriate license.

I hope there is someway I can trial this function of the DVDFab software.

    Hi borrie,

Please uninstall and install DVDFab 8.1.0.7 Beta (QT) at

to see the result. You can also install and trail DVDFab on another PC.

For info about how to use Blu-ray Copy, please visit

As a note: if you have accidently used Blu-ray Copy before, once the 30-day trial period runs out, you can not use the full function of Blu-ray Copy if you don't pay a registration fee at

    regards,
    mona

      Thank you mona.

      I just attempted to use Blu-ray Ripper. {from my existing 8.1.0.5 install}

Before the attempt I checked the trial status which displayed "Never been used".
I entered the details and options of the blu-ray disc image I wanted ripped and when I pressed "Start" I received the message "Blu-ray Ripper option has expired".
Now the Blu-ray Ripper trial status displays "Expired".

I think there may be something wrong with your trial system.

If it matters I'm running Win7 Professional 64bit.

I will now try the Beta version as you suggested.

        Attempted to use Beta.

After loading all functions except DVD-copy (which I have a license for) displayed as valid and not yet started.

After the blu-ray target disc was loaded and scanned I suddenly received a message saying the Trial for Blu-ray copy had expired.

When I tried Blu-ray Ripper - same thing.

Now I'm certain you have a bug with your trial system.
