When trying to bk up rio... i'm getting a error message...
Reading/writing error
retry,abort,ignore,ignore all
and Window media won't play my origional says
this disk is not formatted for your region?
Anything i need or can do about this?

You can try following to see if you can curb the problem:

1. Open "Common Settings" window, click on "Read", select "ignore all the reading errors automatically".

2. Still at the Common Settings window, click on "Pathplayer", then disable it.
