Error with DVDfab version 8.1.1.2

Every time I try to rip a DVD using the newest version of DVD fab i get the error message:

Work 1 failed. Error = 508.01.5

What could be the issue? Version 8.0.8.5 works with no issues.

Tough to say...
Does 8112 open the disc and then fail?...or does it fail to do anything at all?
Error = 508.01.5 is unknown to me, perhaps someone on the Beijing dev team.

Perhaps a bad D/L..corrupt install, etc., etc.

First off, download a new installer, save it and be certain to run as administrator.

If no go, do a complete uninstall sand then run something like CCleaner to clean up any registry issues.

Then D/L the new installer and run as administrator.

This version is working ok for me
