Some decisions to be made
1
Laptop or desktop, which is the best for fast blu-ray ripping. Is there very little difference?????????
2
I have heard that the new Icore 5 and 7 2nd generation have better video conversion than other graphics cards and use the CPU RAM for better usuage - will it convert fast? I did convert a movie with success using a Nvidia 7600 card, but I had my poor CPU running for 24 hours, but it was a success and the MP4 works in PS3.
3
Should I wait 6 months, as my 5 year old computer still has a little bit of life before I make a decision
4
If I do get a Nividia card, I would prefer to have it preinstalled, as it would have been tested more - no fan problems. Which laptop or desktop would be best for this?
