Can someone explain in detail how I can download to my hdd and desktop more than one version of Dvdfab bluray copy. Whenever I try to download the beta version it overwrites the current established version. I've tried directing it to a new path but I must not be doing something right. Please advise?

TRY THIS During install when the screen comes up for destination folder C:\Program Files\DVDFab 8QT and start menu folder DVDFab 8115, I change the blue from DVD Fab 8QT, and add 115 or whatever version you are installing after the 8, which will allow me to have more than one version installed, right now I have 11 versions of 8 installed and running, it will put an icon on your desktop after installing that version but, you will have to rename the DVD Fab 8QT new icon to DVD Fab 8115QT or what ever the version that you have just installed.
Just right click the icon and click rename.
Hope this helped

Let's clear things up a bit.
Downloading an installer shouldn't overwrite anything unless it's the same installer, but you seem to be saying something else.
As far as installing an additional 8.xxxQT version without overwriting the one already installed...you got it...simply select a different file path for the location.
I believe the default folder for QT versions is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\DVDFab 8 Qt
Simply alter this path so it installs in another folder location.
Pick something that's easy and makes sense.
I keep 5 versions of Fab ready to go in my taskbar:
v.4120, v.6128, v.7193, v.8120 and v.8115QT Beta.
The major versions, ie., Fab 4.xxx, 5.xxx, 6.xxx, etc., are installed in separate and distinct folders anyway, so no worries wiith them.If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I followed your instructions but to no success. It still overwrites the dvdfab that is currently on my hdd and desktop. I must be doing something wrong but I couldn't tell you what? After download and changing the directive name it still deletes the previous version and replaces it with the new download?
Very frustrating.

Please try again, as this is how I install all my versions, and as I said in my previous post I have 11 installed and running.
