New PC Config. Suggestions for DVD Ripping

I will be ripping all my DVD's to MP4 format and storing them on a portable hdd for TV Viewing. I am looking for max speed without compromising picture quality too much. I am not ripping Blu-Ray, just regular DVD's but I have a rather large collection. So, I am asking for config suggestions for a new PC. I am prepared to $$$ but I need some solid suggestions for a configuration that works best with DVDFAB Software. Thanks in advance.

    Well here goes:

    Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 LGA
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz
    OS: Windows 7 pro x64
    RAM: 8GB or more
Video Card: ATI 6970 or Nvidia 570/580 GTX
HD: SSD for the OS. (Samsung or Intel as they have been the most reliable)
Case: Corsair 700 or 800D (leaves room for future expansion)
    Power Supply: 750w or more
    Optical: At least a 12X Blu-ray burner
Storage: Hitachi/WD/Seagate all make good mechanical drives

You didn't say if you were building or buying from an oem dealer... so this is the config i would use.
    OS: Windows 8.1 Pro x64
    Board: Supermicro X9DAi
CPU: Intel Xeon 2.6 GHz (x2)
Memory: 64 GB of Samsung DDR3 EEC Reg
    HD: (x2) Plextor M5Pro 512GB
    Video: PNY GTX 780
    Optical: Pioneer Blu-ray BDR-S09
    Sound: Creative ZxR
    PowerSupply: Supermicro 1280 Watt
    Case: Supermicro 745BTQ-R1K28B-SQ Tower
