I just bought dvdhd blu ray to blu ray if i download new beta versions and new full releases will i have to reinstall my registration

Nope...only if you clear out all your DVDFab data (files/registry/etc)...example, reinstalling your OS and reloading DVDFab. Otherwise, your product key stays in place through the updates/upgrades.
