If I added 2 more internal HHDs to my system, I already have 2x 1TB seagate baracudas, sataIII 7200rpm-6mb/s. Would I have to jump up with my PSU 850W themalake, or would I be better adding 2 external HHDs? Don't external HHDs come with there own power?

No worries 88, go for the internals if you wish.
I have no problems and I typically run 5 internal hdds in my rig:
1 x 320 GB (os),
2 x 1 TB drives (samsung) and 2 x 2 TB drives (samsung).
Also have an external 320 GB (os clone) hdd (runs approx once a week).
Also have ODD x 4 (usually running 1 or 2 at a time) along with this gpu:
EVGA 896-P3-1257-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked Edition 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
My rig is 2 years old with this psu:
