    Open Bluray source problem

For anyone who is getting the endless "open bluray source" issue.
    This may be a solution.
    It worked for me anyway.

DVDFABQT would not open any bluray disc.
    Kept getting stuck and freezing.
Only way out was to hard restart.

I checked my sytem logs (event viewer) and found I was getting nvstor64 event 129.
This seemed to correspond to the failures on DVDFAB.
My MOBO has nVidia SATA controller.
I did some checking and found many people have issues with nvstor64.
Someone suggested updating SATA driver manually and picking non nVidia version.
I tried this problem seems to be resolved.

Don't know if this will work for anyone else but it does for me.

Thanks for posting as I'm sure this will help some having issues.
Interestingly, nvidia controllers have a history of being problematic re: ODD's... for a number of users and for a number of years.

Good to hear you figured it out and are up and running again
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
