I downloaded it and I'm not having any of the issues reported. I'm running Win 7 Pro 64bit if that makes any difference. -
Some people were having problems with a missing file with 8.1.3.0 and some weren't but they seemed to have fixed the problem with 8.1.3.1Paid Not To Work

Yes, we fixed the issue in 8131.
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
