Some of us keep the old installers on hand they do not take up much space, you never know when an older version may work on a new movie release and a newer version stumbles.
But if you want you can delete them.

Do you mean prior versions of DVDFab? e.g. DVDFab 6, DVDFab 7?
If so, yes you can remove them, but why?

For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
For Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
For XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
