I just tried to renew my product and would let me process my payment. I used the (US Minor Outlying Lslands) and that didn't work.

Much appreciated. I can purchase renewal of the Blu Ray Copy and Blu Ray to DVD Converter together and get a further discount, but I have to purchase the DVD copy no matter what.
