Problem renewing Products

Much appreciated. I can purchase renewal of the Blu Ray Copy and Blu Ray to DVD Converter together and get a further discount, but I have to purchase the DVD copy no matter what.

Funny...

When I originally purchased the software...purchased the DVD and Blu Ray copy first. The converter a year later

I have three products that I want to renew

DVD Copy
Blu Ray Copy
Blu Ray to DVD converter

I log into the website...choose renew. My three products are present and checked...so I choose NEXT...only DVD Copy is listed for renewal.

Then If I go back to the page with Three and uncheck just DVD Copy...both Blu Ray copy and BR to DVD converter are there...

I wanted to renew all three at the same time, for there is a discount for doing so. I have emailed support three times since early Sunday and never get replies...

Any suggestions???
