I have bought DVDFAB years ago for a lifetime!!!
I have been using it for a long time, just recently it started to play up a little and so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again, hoping that may fix the problem. Now I was always under the impression that lifetime meant lifetime, but now when I try to use it I'm unable to because it is telling me that I have to either purchase it or RENEW it!! I have sent two emails to the contact numbers of DVDFab and still unable to understand what is going on.
If in the first place I purchased the "Lifetime" option why am I now being asked to pay a renewal?
The whole programme was working perfectly up until now. Once I reinstalled it again alll these problems have arisen.
Can someone out there please help me understand what is going on?
