Whenever it gets to the disc burning it tells me I have to format my blu ray rewrittable disc, that usually takes Longer to do then the actually burning process, but when I use a regualr bd-r disc I don't have to format it, I use imagburner to burn the discs, am I doing something wrong?

I have no answer due to I havent used my BD-RE alot. However when I do I sometimes get asked that and it drives me nuts. I think may have to do with it erasing all the data thats wrote to the BD gets erased including the formatting? I know what you mean about how long it takes for a 25gb is forever I can imagine how long a BD-RE DL would take.Lancool K-56 case.
