Cannot burn movie to disc

Hello, I just purchased a never expire copy of your DVDfab Blu-ray Copy & DVDFab Blu-ray to DVD Copy. I am using a HP bd240i Internal SATA Blu-ray Combo RW optical drive. It resides on my "F" drive. I can copy a Blu-ray movie just fine, but when I try to burn said movie I get the following error message: "Media inserted in drive F: is not writable-Please insert a blank or erasable media to start the werite process". I am using BD-R 25GB Blu-ray media. I have inserted several new discs only to get the same error message. I was able to successfully burn a Blu-ray to DVD without a problem from my "F" drive. Hopefully you can help me, as I have spent a lot of money in obtaining this software. I have never had this problem with DVDFab DVD Copy. Hopefully you can help me solve this taxing problem. The problem here is your drive is not a Blue Ray Burner. It can only Read Blue Ray Disks.

But it can Burn CD and DVD Media. So as long as you keep trying to burn to Blue Ray disks with this drive, you'll get the same error message.
