problem decrypting Without A Trace season 1 disc 1

has anyone experienced issues with this? i had an earlier version from January but updated to the February 1st version today and both versions cannot read it. Please help.

If you have checked the disc for scratches and cleaned it
and you are still using the free version of Fab there is not much anyone can do to help you.

The free version may or may not be able to copy the series.
