This disk is not formatted properly

How come when i use a dvd-rw disk to burn dvd's with dvd fab i get this message when i try to play it in the dvd recorder this dvd is not formatted properly.I know it is a error with dvdfab as when i use nero express to copy a movie to a dvd-rw disk it works.And dvd+rw disks do work with dvd fab not dvd-rw disks.I have a pioneer dvd drive.And i know they have all been initialized properly any suggestions.

no suggestions but I will give this a try and post my results in a day or 2 as I am a little busy with the new releases I purchased yesterday. I have use RW before but do not remember if it was +RW or -RW
