DVDFab 8.1.8.0 Changes.txt is missing list of changes

The DVDFab 8.1.8.0 build has a Changes.txt file that is missing the list of changes to the DVDFab 8.1.8.0 build.

Also see that TinTin audio slipping is still an issue and has not been fixed yet.

Because we don't put changelog for Beta versions into Changes.txt, you can see the changelog on Forum only.
