Error Message saying 'Renew or Buy'

I've got a subscription (year of DVDFab Gold, ends 4/22/10). I've been trying to save a movie to the disc, but keep getting a box that pops up half-way through saying 'Renew or Buy your license of DVDFab'. I've also updated the latest version, anybody got any suggestions? After so many updates, has it lost the memory of the license key? Anybody else with this problem?

Firstly, I doubt that you have a subscription to Fab Gold as that product must be at least 2 years old. Where did you buy it?

Go on to the dvdfab.com website and request a new key ensuring that you request a version 6 key emailed to you.

Then download the current version 6.2.1.0 (Link in my sig below), and follow the instructions in the "Registration Key Problems" thread in the "Answers to Common Questions" area of this forum.
