License/Key How to get rid of DVDFab.com watermark if I am a registered user

Hi All,

I know this question has been asked before for users who are trail members, but I am a registered member and I can not get rid of the annoying DVDFab.com watermark in the upper left corner when I am trying to rip movie to an iPad version. Before you try to tell me I need to register, I have already done that...I went to the "User Center", I clicked on the "Download Key" and then registered it. I get a "registration is complete" message and then this is what appears:

1-375XXX DVDFab "DVD to DVD" Platinum Never Expire 1 Registration
1-427XXX DVDFab Platinum 3.x Never Expire 1 Registration
(I have changed the last three digits of my member registration number to XXX)

I think I have done everything correctly. But I can't get rid of the watermark. What am I missing here?

In order to convert DVD to iPad, you would have to avail yourself of DVD Ripper or 3rd party software (some freeware).

To the best of my knowledge, your Platinum license does not extend to Ripper although once upon a time, rights to a DVD Mobile license were grandfathered to Platinum owners (the module DVD Mobile is now referred to as Ripper).

Is your Ripper license displayed as "trial"?
