Program won't launch

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, ccleaner, installed older versions of the software. I installed it on 3 different hard drives, not sure where to go from here. I have attached my dvdfab_internal file

I tried what you suggested, it still doesn't work. I can see dvdfab pop up in my processes for a few seconds but then it disappears and the program fails to launch
