Failed to copy a full 3D movie

I tried to copy a 3D movie using the full disc 3 D option but I got a 2D movie.
I realized that the DVDFab does not copy the SSIF files which contain the 3D movie.
How can I fix this problem?

In your My Docs, there is a DVD Fab folder there with logs.
The logs will help the people, help you in troubleshooting.
There are lots of options and lots of settings to use in DVDFab, and the logs will help get to a resolution 10 fold, if you can post them.
