Why does it say '...is not a valid Win 32 application'??

I looked through the forums via search, but either I didn't do the search right or I missed the thread for this (as I'm sure it's happened before).

I paid for a lifetime subscription, downloaded the program and then tried to "run" it and got:

DVDFAB8200Qt.exe is not a valid Win 32 application

How do I correct this and get my DVD Fab running!?
