ok so it has been a while since i have wanted to back up some of my dvd's...downloaded the newest version this afternoon....loaded up my disc and it says that the "DVD Copy "version has expired.went to the website to renew and I am not sure how to do it. I pull the members page and the version i bought was 5.2(i know, i know). so when I hit the renew button and go to the check out it says that I am going to renew the 5.2 version.....I would like to be able to use the 8.2.0.8 version I just downloaded today but I cant figure this out....anybody gimme a hand in figuring this out....can i still renew or do I have to buy something new all together???? thanks for any help
