I had purchased DVDFab lifetime for a friend many years ago and recently his computer had crashed and he had to reinstall DVDFab. When it asked for the key, of course he didn't have it, so he emailed the support staff three times over the course of two weeks. I have also tried to email support with no response.
Is there a separate email that we are supposed to use to get some help for my friend in recovering his registration code?
He tried to input his email address (that is registered with DVDFab) to get a new code sent to him, and it says that a new code was sent to him, but there is nothing in his email. He is getting frustrated (as am I) with the lack of communication from DVDFab.
Any help would be appreciated.
