    Can't access internet...

Having trouble trying to get DVDFab to connect to the internet...
When I try to copy my Captain America Blu-ray (or any movie, for that matter), it says:

"Internet is required to open this Blu-ray disc. If you have firewall software installed, please configure it to allow DVDFab access to the internet."

The thing is, I am running Eset Smart Security 5, and I have already configured it's firewall to allow DVDFab unrestricted access to the internet.
Every time I start DVDFab, I get the above message....
I have even tried disabling the firewall, but I still get the same message....

This is the only firewall software I have running, as Windows Defender is disabled....

    What am I doing wrong?

The Windows internal firewall is also disabled?

        Hi rggauld
Did you disable Eset Smart Security 5, or just the firewall?
If just the firewall, try disabling Eset Smart Security 5

Had v.8210 Qt been connecting ok previously?
...or did this failure start with a new Fab update?

I'm sure you've run through the list of "usual suspects", but does anything else come to mind...maybe an IE9 patch, etc.?

You might want to start by simply installing 8212 Qt and see what gives.

I have tried previous versions, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling,
I have tried everything, and frankly, I'm at my wits end...
I don't understand why I can't get DVDFab to work, when there is
              nothing preventing it from working....

I suspect you've checked Common Settings/Network to make sure direct connection is checked, of if you use a proxy server nothing is amiss with addresses or passwords.
