I'm a little confused as I got the DVDFab lifetime package which includes several DVD & Bluray disc ripper/copier, etc and I do believe these are also able to decrypt as well so is there any reason for passkey that I should know about that isn't included?

No, not if DVDFab does everything you need. Passkey is for other software that can't decrypt like Nero Recode and others.How to post the internal log
