Conversion Settings Window

I have seen some help guides here that say to open "The Conversion Settings Window/Page"

How does one do this?
I can't figure it out.

Thanks for that I didn't look in the DVD ripper menu. I have only been looking in the DVD creator menu.

My problem is when I write a DVD from an AVI file I get the problem shown below. I thought some of the settings on that page might have helped. It only happens with some of my AVI files, not all of them. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong.

That is or was a known issue and I thought they fixed it in 8.1.2.5. What version are you using? If not 8.1.2.5 get it here:

But I looked at your link anyway and I assume you meant to say 8.2.1.5 not 8.1.2.5.
